The company is located in the Yangtze River International Chemical Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 65 acres. It currently has more than 50 employees, including over 20 professional and technical personnel.
Airline Technology Co., Ltd. has always adhered to technological innovation as the core. Through independent research and development and cooperation with schools and enterprises, it has set up a bio based polyurethane polyol project. At present, the first phase of the project has an annual output of 50000 tons of bio based polyurethane polyol series products, which can provide customers with high-quality, differentiated products and customized solutions. The products are widely used in polyurethane structural adhesive, electronic potting adhesive, polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, floor coating, polyurethane slow rebound foam, polyurethane rigid foam insulation materials and other fields.
The company has applied for nearly 30 invention patents and has won three national and provincial-level scientific and technological awards, including the Second Prize of National Technical Invention. Among them, "Continuous Green Manufacturing of Biobased Non toxic Plasticizers and Their Derivatives Based on Microfluidic Field Reaction Technology" won the Second Prize of National Technical Invention in 2017; The bio based polyurethane and its key manufacturing technology won the first prize of the 2022 China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Technology Invention Award; The new high-performance bio based polyurethane and its key manufacturing technology won the first prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award in 2023.
