FH-3120W A bio-based polyol resin emulsion obtained through a special emulsification process, Adaptation Dedicated Water-based Isocyanate Hardener It can be used to produce two-component primer or intermediate coats that cure at room temperature. This product contains no solvents whatsoever and has extremely low odor in the container. The resulting coating film dries rapidly, exhibits high crosslinking density, demonstrates strong adhesion to various substrates, develops early hardness quickly, and allows for a short interval between application and subsequent polyurethane topcoats. It also boasts excellent tolerance and is particularly well-suited for industrial production-line painting.

Formula Notes:
A: The formulation does not use amine (alkali)-based flash rust inhibitors to avoid catalyzing reactions and shortening the pot life.
B: The formulation recommends adding a certain amount of corrosion inhibitor, which, in synergy with rust-preventive pigments, enhances the protective effect.
Packaging and Storage:
The standard packaging specifications are 25 kg or 200 kg opaque plastic drums; custom packaging requirements are available upon request.
Instructions:
1. During construction, you can first pre-dilute Component B with water at a ratio of 1:0.5, stir thoroughly, and then add it to Component A. After mixing evenly, you can proceed with construction.
