Product Description
FH-165T is a self-leveling emulsion specifically developed for thick-coat, waterborne polyurethane mortar floor coatings (4K PU). It’s formulated as a water-based, bio-based polyurethane polyol emulsion, created through a unique process using renewable raw materials. This emulsion is perfectly compatible with MDI isocyanate curing agents, enabling the production of multi-component, waterborne polyurethane mortar coatings that cure at room temperature. This product contains no volatile solvents whatsoever, resulting in fast-drying paint films with rapid early hardness development. It boasts high mechanical strength and exceptional abrasion resistance.

This emulsion leverages the synergistic effects of multifunctional isocyanates, reactive inorganic fillers, and other components, undergoing intricate inorganic-organic chemical reactions to form a dense, robust, high-performance mortar flooring coating. It is particularly well-suited for industrial sectors—such as food and beverage production—where stringent environmental cleanliness standards are essential.
Formula:
A: Recommended mortar flooring mix ratio: Emulsion : Curing Agent : Sand : Color Paste = 2.5 : 2.8 : 14.2 : 0.2–0.5 B: The tinting color paste can also be directly added in advance to the emulsion component, creating a three-component packaged product.
C: After the individual components are mixed, the working period typically lasts between 10 and 20 minutes and should be used up as soon as possible.
D: Sand and the hardener are sensitive to moisture and must be stored in a sealed container.
E: To achieve adequate physical performance and thermal steam cleaning stability, the recommended coating application thickness is 3–6 mm.
F: Coating application is complete, and under ambient temperature, the surface can be safely walked on after approximately 16 hours. After 7 days, the coating’s compressive strength will not be less than 45 MPa.
Packaging and Storage:
The standard packaging specification is a 3L opaque plastic bucket; custom packaging options are available upon request.
It is recommended to store in a ventilated environment between 5–35°C, avoiding direct sunlight. Unopened, the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
